Volunteering with SLAAY
SLAAY appreciates the volunteer commitments of undergraduate interns, community members, and practicing accountants and attorneys. Volunteers help us accomplish our mission by assisting clients, serving on our Board of Directors, and facilitating community outreach opportunities.
SLAAY accepts both in-person, remote, and hybrid volunteers. Those wishing to partner with SLAAY in-person are provided with free co-working space at our permanent office location in Williamsport, PA, featuring private rooms to meet with clients, semi-private open work stations, and access to internet services.
CPE and CLE Credit
Volunteers who contribute five or more hours per month can enjoy free CPE and CLE credit for Pennsylvania accountants and attorneys.
Interning with SLAAY
SLAAY deeply appreciates the ability to provide college students with a comprehensive, unique internship experience. SLAAY interns have the ability to take on a large, influential role in the organization. We prioritize granting our interns the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the legal system, identify areas of intellectual and occupational interest, build their individual resumes and skillset, and make valuable connections with members of the North Central PA community.
