 Our Veterans, Estates & Taxes Initiative brings together three important areas of service: estate planning and administration assistance, federal tax advocacy through our Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC), and professional development through our Veterans Mentorship and Training Program.

Our mentorship initiative aims to help veterans and former service members pursue the IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) credential through free training and professional guidance, creating pathways to rewarding civilian careers without requiring a college degree.

Your donation supports veteran-focused outreach, community partnerships, educational materials, and the promotion and development of these initiatives. By connecting more veterans with legal resources, taxpayer assistance, and career opportunities, we aim to strengthen their financial security, independence, and long-term well-being.

This donation supports our public interest litigation and legal advocacy aimed at challenging institutional misconduct, administrative injustice, and abuses of governmental or quasi-judicial and legislative authority.

Through strategic litigation, we seek to hold public institutions accountable, protect individual rights, challenge unlawful practices, and ensure that courts, administrative agencies, and other governing bodies fulfill their obligations to the people they serve.

Your donation helps advance meaningful legal challenges, promote government transparency, and defend equal access to justice—particularly for individuals and communities who lack the resources to challenge institutional wrongdoing. 

This donation helps sustain our mission of providing accessible civil legal assistance, taxpayer advocacy, and educational resources to underserved individuals and families. They are unrestricted funds that may be used at the organization's discretion to support general administration, operational expenses, and any of our charitable programs and initiatives.

Our legal assistance initiatives address critical civil matters, including family law, landlord-tenant disputes, housing stability, Social Security and disability benefit issues, estate planning, and other legal challenges affecting low-income individuals, seniors, veterans, and vulnerable populations.

Through our Low Income Taxpayer Clinics (LITCs), we also provide tax education, outreach, and representation to eligible taxpayers facing federal tax controversies, helping individuals understand their rights and resolve disputes with the IRS.

Your contribution to our General Fund supports essential operations, client services, community outreach, and the continued development of our legal aid and taxpayer assistance programs. 

These unrestricted donations give us the flexibility to respond to emerging community needs, strengthen our services, and expand access to justice.
